Ayurveda connects mind, body and spirit and looks to heal from within, looking at our individual constitution, or Dosha. It is the world’s oldest health system and the sister science of yoga. A healthy digestion is the corner stone of wellness according to Ayurveda. If your digestion is impaired it will transpire that your physical and mental health will suffer.
You will enjoy a 90-minute yoga flow in the wild flowers and green fields of the gorgeous Peterley Manor Farm, led by Rita Cox.
You will then move to the Herb House, the rustic greenhouse that has been transformed into a beautiful space of nature, for a sharing table brunch that will bring to life the themes of your practice through seasonal produce and colours
