Your yoga will be full of twists and turns, detoxifying your system and looking ahead to the new season.
To compliment the wild yoga, brunch will take inspiration from the third eye with a seasonal and colourful mix of food, led by deep purple and blue, so lots of antioxidants to flush out the old and get kick start the possibilities of the next season.

Enjoy a focused practice on the farm amongst the wild flowers and green fields. You will then move to the Herb House, the brand new customised greenhouse that has been transformed into a beautiful space of nature, for a sharing table brunch that will bring to life the themes of your practice through seasonal produce and colours. Each brunch will have a nutritional focus the inspiration taken from the chakras.
Our menu will be suitable for plant-based and gluten free diets. Whilst we will do our best to accomodate dietary requirements, unfortunately due to the nature of the menu, we cannot cater for severe nut allergies.
