Wild Yoga Brunch: FIRE UP YOUR AGNI!

  • Peterley Manor Farm (map)

Ayurveda connects mind, body and spirit and looks to heal from within, looking at our individual constitution, or Dosha. It is the world’s oldest health system and the sister science of yoga. A healthy digestion is the corner stone of wellness according to Ayurveda. If your digestion is impaired it will transpire that your physical and mental health will suffer.

You will enjoy a 90-minute yoga flow in the wild flowers and green fields of the gorgeous Peterley Manor Farm, led by Rita Cox.

You will then move to the Herb House, the rustic greenhouse that has been transformed into a beautiful space of nature, for a sharing table brunch that will bring to life the themes of your practice through seasonal produce and colours

You will then be treated to an Ayurveda inspired brunch by Katy Brill and Nadra Shah. The main star of the menu will be Kitchari, it is considered the most healing food in Ayurveda. Kitchari is given to all ayurvedic patients because it’s so easy to digest, giving their systems a break to restore and heal themselves

Our menu will be suitable for plant-based and gluten free diets.Whilst we will do our best to accommodate dietary requirements, unfortunately due to the nature of the menu, we cannot cater for severe nut allergies.
